How Formway handles form answers, optional browser saving, encrypted workspace files, and website request information.

Your form answers
Your answers and generated PDFs are processed in your browser. Formway does not receive your form answers, generated PDFs, workspace files, or workspace passwords.
Saving your work
By default, progress stays in the current tab and is cleared when you refresh or close it. If you choose Save in browser, drafts are stored on this device without encryption until you clear them. Downloaded workspace files are encrypted with your password.
Clearing your information
Use Workspace to clear drafts and the saved browser copy. Downloaded PDFs and workspace files remain on your device until you delete them.
Website requests
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and access times, to deliver and protect the service. Request logs and traces are enabled. Your form answers are not part of these requests.
Cookies and tracking
Formway uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and basic interactions. Google may use analytics cookies and receives technical information such as page URLs, browser details, and connection information. Form answers, generated PDFs, workspace files, and passwords are not sent to Google. Optional browser saving uses local storage.
External links and email
Linked websites have their own privacy policies. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the information you send so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive form answers.
